Nigel Edwards has been appointed as the Captain of the Great Britain and Ireland team that will face the United States of America at Royal Aberdeen Golf Club in the 2011 Walker Cup Match.

Online Club Database Launched
In advance of changes in the Rules of Golf relating to Grooves, effective from 1 January 2010, The R&A has developed a database to assist golfers and Rules Officials in determining the status of their existing clubs.
