Enville Golf Club - 21-23 October 2021
The 2021 R&A Girls’ U16 Amateur Championship will take place at Enville from 21-23 October.
First staged in 2018, the event attracts leading players from across the world. A starting field of 72 junior girl golfers will tee it up in pursuit of success.
Enville, the Staffordshire venue, was founded in 1935. It is one of the finest examples of heathland golf in the UK. The facilities were gradually extended over a period of years until 1983, with the two 18-hole Highgate and Lodge Courses now both popular. Back in 2010, one of the most extensive practice facilities in the Midlands was added.
In 2020, Enville became the latest among a growing list of English clubs to sign up to the R&A’s Women in Golf Charter.
