Committee responsibility

Once the Committee receives the scorecard from you at the end of your round, the Committee is responsible for:

Adding up your scores, and
Calculating your handicap strokes for the competition and using it to calculate your net score.

But, the Committee could put a Local Rule in place which requires you to put your handicap on the scorecard, so check the Local Rules for the competition.
