If your ball is in the general area and there is interference by an abnormal course condition on the course, you may take free relief by dropping a ball as shown in Diagram 16.1b.

- 當球在一般區域且受比賽場地之異常狀況的妨礙時，允許免罰脫困。
- 應先確定完全脫困之最近點，且必須將一球在該脫困區內拋下並靜止在其內。
- 該脫困區是從參考點(完全脫困之最近點)一支球桿長度範圍內，不比該參考點更靠近該洞球洞，且必須是在一般區域內。
- 當採取脫困時，必須從受比賽場地之異常狀況的所有妨礙採取完全脫困。
