Ball in motion deflected - Ball accidentally hit animal or insect
If your ball in motion played from the putting green accidentally hits any animal or insect, there is no penalty to any player.
If the ball accidentally hit any animal that is defined as a loose impediment (such as an insect), then the ball should be played as it lies. If the ball accidentally hit any other animal then you must replay the stroke.
