Ball in motion deflected - Ball accidentally hit movable obstruction or equipment
If your ball in motion played from the putting green accidentally hits any movable obstruction, there is no penalty to any player, except in stroke play if your ball in motion hits another ball at rest on the putting green and both balls were on the putting green before the stroke, you get the general penalty (two penalty strokes).
If the ball accidentally hit the club you used to make the stroke, a ball-marker, another ball at rest or the flagstick, then the ball should be played as it lies. If the ball accidentally hit any other movable obstruction or equipment then you must replay the stroke.
