The Junior Vagliano Trophy is a girls’ amateur international match played biennially between Great Britain and Ireland and the Continent of Europe and was first staged in 2011. The match is for junior girls aged 16 and under.

In 2021, the Continent of Europe showed their strength to claim a 14-4 win and lift the Vagliano Trophy at Hilversumsche in the Netherlands. The women’s equivalent match is the Vagliano Trophy, played since 1959.

2022 Championship

The Junior Vagliano Trophy is being played over the same days as the Jacques Léglise Trophy at Blairgowrie in 2022. The Perthshire venue offers wonderful parkland/heathland golf, with the Lansdowne and Rosemount Courses both much-loved, along with the 9-hole Wee Course.
