Fans on both sides of the Atlantic can tune in as Great Britain and Ireland and the United States of America compete for one of the biggest prizes in amateur golf.
The 51st Walker Cup will take place at Lahinch, Ireland, on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September 2026, with live coverage available throughout the weekend. Sky Sports will broadcast the match live in the UK, while Golf Channel will show the action live and in full in the USA. The BBC will air full match highlights on BBC Two and iPlayer from 23:50 on Sunday 6 September. For international viewers please check local listings or visit randa.org. The 51st Walker Cup takes place at Lahinch on 5 and 6 September.
Some of the greatest names in the game have competed at the Walker Cup in years gone by. Past competitors include Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Sir Michael Bonallack, Scottie Scheffler, Padraig Harrington and Rory McIlroy.
Last year USA won the 50th staging of the Walker Cup at Cypress Point, recording a 17-9 triumph. The US lead the series 40-9, having won the last five contests, with one match tied.
Both teams have now been confirmed ahead of the match, with many of the world’s top amateur players involved.
