No play zone in general area - When relief must be taken
In each of these situations, when your ball is in the general area, your ball must not be played as it lies:
- If your ball is in a no play zone that is in an abnormal course condition, you must take relief under Rule 16.1b.

- 球位于普通区时，受到异常球场状况妨碍时允许免罚补救。
- 球员应当找出最近完整补救点的位置，在补救区内抛一个球，并使其静止在其中。
- 补救区范围从参考点测量一支球杆长度，不得比参考点更靠近球洞，且必须在普通区内。
- 补救过程中，球员必须进行完整补救，摆脱异常球场状况造成的所有妨碍。
